Meet the Team!

Where it all began…

Unbeknownst to each other, Matt and Destiny had been chatting about the possibility of a paddle board rental business and Phil had been expressing his desires for a business venture to Kaitlyn. Fast forward to a play/dinner date among friends and the idea for That’s A Paddlin’ Adventures Inc. was born.

Matt and Destiny Genoe have called Petawawa home for almost 10 years now. They are a military family originally from Sudbury, Ontario. Destiny spends her days teaching for the RCDSB while Matt works full time with the military. On the weekends, you can usually find them outside, enjoying everything the Ottawa River Valley has to offer with their two young boys.

Phil and Kaitlyn Sisk have called Renfrew County home for 7 years now. Originally hailing from New Brunswick, they were posted here in 2015 and have never looked back. Phil spends his days as a Med Tech while Kaitlyn teaches for the RCDSB. On the weekends, you can find them wrangling their two young children and always looking for new places to explore and things to do in their beautiful town of Petawawa and beyond.
